The CSS Working Group, operated under the auspices of the W3C, is a dedicated team responsible for the development and evolution of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). This group not only crafts the CSS specifications but also maintains comprehensive conformance test suites to ensure the standards are met. The CSS Working Group fosters public collaboration and transparency through its wiki, where members can record resolutions, track open issues, and share valuable information regarding CSS development and testing.

In addition to facilitating public input on specifications, the group utilizes various communication channels, including GitHub for draft discussions and an archived mailing list for public discourse. The testing section of the wiki is open for everyone, inviting additional contributions to improve CSS functionalities. For W3C Member organizations, exclusive access to internal communications is also provided.
