PACER Center, the Parent Advocacy Coalition for Educational Rights, is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for children and young adults with disabilities while providing invaluable support to their families. Founded in 1977, PACER operates under the principle of “parents helping parents,” focusing on expanding opportunities for individuals with disabilities across Minnesota and beyond.

The center offers an extensive range of services, including personalized assistance, workshops, and informative resources tailored to help families navigate education and support services for their children. Notably, PACER is home to the National Bullying Prevention Center, promoting safe and inclusive environments for all students.

With programs addressing various needs—from early childhood health care to transition planning for young adults—PACER empowers families through leadership training, assistive technology resources, and engaging summer camps.
